My personal meditation journey began many years ago when I was a successful finance executive in the international banking world. I had everything, so I thought… prestige, power, money, even gold-leafed bookcases in my posh pad! But, on the inside, I was unfulfilled, unhappy, and uncomfortable in my own skin. No matter how much I “got”, it never led to lasting contentment and joy. It did not make sense that my outer success didn’t fit my inner state. Fortunately, all of that changed when I was led to a wonderful teacher in France who trained me in a vast array of meditation techniques: Mindfulness, Zazen, Vipassana, Metta, Mantra, Kabbala, Self-Inquiry, and Contemplative Prayer. That was 25 years ago, and I have been regularly practicing and teaching meditation ever since.
The all-inclusiveness of my training allows me to offer a unique, non-denominational blend of the best of all approaches, drawing from ancient and modern techniques. I invite you to try the amazing journey of meditation. Don’t take my word for it. Try it for yourself and see what it brings.
